Jigs, fixtures & shop aids

Line tooling is where printing pays back fastest. A machined aluminium nest can take weeks and cost hundreds. A carbon-nylon one is on your bench in days, and a revision is a new file, not a new PO for machining.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Built to be used

Heat-set brass inserts for anything bolted, soft TPU pads where parts could scratch, and chamfered lead-ins so operators do not fight the fixture.

  2. 02

    Revisions are cheap

Send the updated CAD, we print the change. We keep your files on record so reorders are one email.
