How ordering works

Four steps. Nothing goes on the machine without a PO or a written yes.

01/Quote
Instant quote online, or a written quote by email within 1 business day.
02/PO or approval
Send a purchase order, or approve the quote by email. Either one starts the job.
03/Lead time confirmed
We confirm the ship date in writing when we accept the order.
04/Ship
Parts leave with a packing slip that references your PO number.

Payment

Invoices go out through Stripe by email. Pay by card or ACH from the link.

Standard terms: Due on receipt
Business accounts: Net 30, once approved
PO number: Printed on the invoice
Receipts: Sent automatically on payment

Quality

We hold no quality certifications. Parts are checked against your drawing, order by order.

First-article inspection on production runs, before the rest of the batch is made.
Dimensional check against your drawing on the features you mark as critical.
Photos of the parts before they ship, on request.
A part outside the agreed spec is remade or refunded.

Printed tolerance is ±0.2 mm typical on features under 100 mm. Anything tighter is agreed in writing on the quote. See the design guide for what that means in practice.

Confidentiality

Your files are used for your order and nothing else.
They aren't shared, except with a partner shop making your part, under NDA.
They're deleted when you ask.
