FDM 3D printing
Printed on our enclosed Bambu Lab P2S with a hardened toolhead and a 300 °C hotend, so we can run carbon- and glass-filled nylons as easily as PLA. Every file is checked by a person before it prints.

How we run it
- 01
Orientation chosen for strength
FDM parts are weakest between layers. We orient each part so the load runs along the layers, not across them, and tell you when that trades against surface finish.
- 02
Wall and infill set per job
Brackets get extra perimeters. Display models get less. The quote shows exactly what we plan to print so there are no surprises.
- 03
Multi-material when it helps
Soluble or breakaway support interfaces for clean undersides, and up to four colours in one part for labels or keyed features.
